We request that all owners sign the form. If the property is owned by a corporation, please have the form signed by the President and Secretary. If the property is owned by a trust, please have the form signed by the trustee or co-trustees and beneficiary who resides at the property. 1. If you chose electronic delivery, we will notify you by email confirming registration. 2. Consent is given until revoked in writing and received by the Association. 3. All future notices and documents will be sent electronically rather than in paper form. 4. Some material may be electronically published in Portable Format (PDF). To view those documents, you must have the Adobe Acrobat software. The viewer is available for download, free of charge, from www.adobe.com 5. I understand that I may request a paper copy of a document at any time by sending a timely request in writing. 6. I understand that the assessment invoices, delinquency notices and recall documents are NOT covered by this consent. The delivery method for these documents will remain by U.S. Mail. 7. The Association will not share your email address with any third party unless otherwise required by law. 8. If the Association receives notice that it is unable to deliver any document to the email address provided, a paper copy of the document and a notice will be mailed via U.S. Mail, and all future documents will be sent by mail until an updated and correct email address is provided. 9. You are responsible for controlling your spam/junk filters and the Association is not responsible for any document that is misdirected by your email filters. 10. You are responsible for maintaining a current email address with the Association for purposes of receiving notices.
